Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Flow Builder ("the Service"), provided by AJA Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is available as a web application at app.flowbuilder.yoga, as an iOS app on the Apple App Store, and as an Android app on Google Play.

Description of Service

Flow Builder is a yoga flow creation and practice tool that allows you to:

• Create, edit, and organize custom yoga flows
• Practice flows with guided playback, timers, and audio cues
• Track practice sessions and view session analytics
• Sync data across devices via iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive/Dropbox (Android)
• Access premium features through paid subscription plans

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

User Accounts and Data

Flow Builder does not require you to create an account. Your data, including yoga flows and practice history, is stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored in your personal cloud account (iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and cloud accounts.

Subscriptions and Payments

Flow Builder offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Provides access to core features at no cost.
• Paid Plans: Unlock additional features such as cloud sync, unlimited flows, and premium tools. Pricing is displayed in the app and on our website.
• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play > Subscriptions (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or any part of it without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful code, malware, or viruses

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by AJA Digital LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of the yoga flows and content you create using the Service. We claim no rights over your user-generated content.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Flow Builder is a yoga flow creation and practice tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.
• Practice yoga at your own risk. Listen to your body and stop if you experience pain or discomfort.
• Health metrics provided by the app (such as heart rate data from Health Connect or posture tracking) are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.
• We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may occur during your yoga practice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AJA Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including Apple App Store, Google Play Store, iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, Health Connect, and Apple Music. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device will remain accessible to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify users of significant changes through the application or website
• Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
